Returns & Refunds Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product, you purchased from the Antiqueologie Online Store:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Antiqueologie.Com can be returned via this website. Antiqueologie products purchased through other retailers and / or affiliates must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the accessories that were included when you received it.
How to Return an Item
Ship your item back to Antiqueologie
To return an item to Antiqueologie, sign-in to online Order History with your Antiqueologie username and password and click on the ‘Return’ icon next to your order. If you had checked out as a Guest on this website, use the Product Returns form to request an RMA number at this link - https://antiqueologie.com/returns-add.
You can either schedule a pick-up with the carrier or drop off the package at any of the carrier’s locations.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt / invoice.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Products purchased from the Antiqueologie Online Store using an Antiqueologie Gift Card will be refunded to you as an Antiqueologie Gift Card by email.
